MUSIC

Music as a pathway for expression, connection and release.

ESE · Spirit Guitar · Live Experiences

Music has always been one of the ways I make sense of being alive.

Through voice, guitar, songwriting and live experience, ESE creates intimate spaces for expression, reflection, connection and release.

Within NAPPYESE, music is not separate from the land, the arts or community.

It is one of the ways we come home to ourselves.

ESE

Singer-songwriter. Storyteller. Artist

ESE is a Nigerian independent artist whose work moves through soul, folk, alternative music and intimate storytelling.

Her music explores love, identity, memory, healing, freedom, vulnerability and the many questions that come with being human.

SPIRIT GUITAR

Spirit Guitar Live Abuja 2026

Music for release. Music for remembering.

Spirit Guitar is an evolving body of work born from voice, acoustic guitar, electric guitar and a deepening relationship with sound.

It began as a personal creative practice and has grown into songs, live experiences and intimate musical gatherings.

Spirit Guitar explores what happens when we slow down enough to listen, to ourselves, to one another, and to what wants to move through us.

The first offering from the project, Hands of Time, opened this chapter.

The Spirit Guitar EP is being created slowly and intentionally, allowing the music to become what it needs to be.

MUSIC ON THE LAND

Where music meets the land.

Music becomes something different when experienced outside the usual stage.

At NAPPYESE Farms & Retreat Homes, music and sound can become part of a slower rhythm, intimate performances, listening experiences, fireside gatherings, retreats and moments of shared presence.

As the land grows, so will the ways we gather around music.
