Have you ever wanted to move but not for show?
Have you ever wanted to move not for sexual advances?
Have you ever wanted to move just for yourself?
When my awareness of Yoga became complete (pun) I had a simple thought:
I love to dance and so I will integrate alongside these Asanas and I will call her NAPPYOGA
And Thus Nappyoga was born.
YOGA IS WHAT YOU MAKE IT
Nappyoga is simply identifying what area of your body needs to be breathe and expand and become aware of it with music, movement and breath. Take me for example, My right heel needs me to breathe and release more space into it as a result of trauma caused by years of abuse from my modeling career Which actually ended up affecting the right side of my spine; Its a word we call ‘scoliosis’ So I focus mentally on this area as I get lost to the music and move.
The whole concept of Yoga is movement, so you can enjoy this class without restrictions of Asanas or mentally having to register a dance move.
